Gomez’s stylist Erin Walsh shared her latest striking look on social media, complete with a video featuring a sneak peek of her upcoming song with Gracie Abrams, “Call Me When You Break Up.” The “Only Murders in the Building” actress was outfitted in a tailored wool mini dress from Roland Mouret underneath a voluminous faux fur jacket from Milk White.

Both the stately dress and the dramatic coat were a vivid shade of red. Hung Vanngo was responsible for Gomez’s pristine makeup while Renato Campora immaculate styled her long asymmetrical bob. Meanwhile, her jewelry hailed from NeverNoT.

Gomez’s monochrome look was completed by a pair of red leather pumps hailing from Jimmy Choo, specifically the luxury brand’s Ixia style. Standout features of the silhouette include the label’s recognizable drop heel, aka a stiletto that flares into a rounded bottom, as well as a vamp with a square outline. The design also features a classic pointed toe, sloped sole and enclosed heel. A red version of the Ixia with a 95 mm heel is marked at a price of $975 at Farfetch.

Gomez’s latest looks have each been the picture of elegance. She attended the BAFTA Film Awards earlier this month wearing a custom Schiaparelli gown with black velvet pumps from the same brand with a variation of a classic T strap design and a crystal-embellished spherical detail at the bottom of the heel. Another head-turning look was curated for the Golden Globes in January, when she wore a custom blue satin Prada gown with coordinating shiny pumps.

Rihanna has showed support for him throughout the trial, showing up in court on multiple occasions — and wearing the Amina Muaddi Barbara boot to court in Los Angeles more than once.

While a traditional heeled pump has been historically known as the go-to “court shoe,” that would have been too predictable for the style aficionado, so her wearing the edgy boot should come as no surprise.

The Barbara boot has evidently been a staple for Rihanna in recent days. The day that Rocky was acquitted, the “Stay” singer wore the reptilian-inspired boots with creased green trousers and a gray pinstriped button-down which was tucked into her pants.

In court on Feb. 14, the shoes accompanied an outfit that included a statement-making Balenciaga crocodile print dress, which costs $6,890, making for a cohesive sartorial theme. And these outfits came after Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were seen together on Jan. 28, when she paired the shoes with a Canadian tuxedo and a long black leather jacket.

Featured in Amina Muaddi’s Drop 24/25, a collection released in October 2024, the below-the-knee Barbara boot is a fitted style with a sharply pointed toe and a skinny 105 mm stiletto heel. The snakeskin print leather includes an array of earth tones, making the shoes a somewhat neutral hued footwear option with the ability to complement a variety of outfits. The shoe retails for $1,820 from the luxury brand.

Rihanna has been a fan of Amina Muaddi’s designs for years. Under her Fenty line, the two even teamed up to create limited-edition footwear collections. She supports her creations even when her own name isn’t attached, however. In addition to wearing and rewearing the Barbara boots, she modeled Muaddi’s Giorgia sandals for a recent Savage x Fenty campaign. The “CBS Mornings” anchor loves a shock of color in her outfits, and this particular look certainly delivered on that front. She wore a hot pink dress with a geometric design of periwinkle squares across it. A fuzzy pink, purple and red scarf helped to keep her warm in addition to a cozy fur coat in a lively carnation color, a lighter shade that complemented the saturated Barbie pink of her dress.

Even her wavy hairstyle, colored a deep red, matched her outfit. We’ve seen a similar color scheme from King before — in London in September she attended the after party for the play “Coriolanus” wearing a glittering knit dress with purple and red stripes along with pointed red boots.

Returning to her Feb. 18 look, Christian Louboutin boots in a fun violet hue accented King’s vividly colored outfit. The shoes featured an almond toe and a stiletto heel in addition to a tall slouchy shaft. The signature color of the label, an unmistakable shade of red splashed across the sole of each shoe, could be glimpsed on the inner side of the stiletto heel in photographs, a welcome accent fitting in with her eye-catching aesthetic. This isn’t the first time King has worn purple suede shoes — she donned a pair of pumps in a purple hue when she attended MoMa’s 2024 Black Arts Council Benefit in April.

While King’s Feb. 18 ensemble displayed a color scheme she’s shown love for in the past, her look might also be associated with recent Valentine’s Day. She certainly seemed to be representing the holiday through her sartorial choices on Feb. 14 when she attended “SNL50: The Homecoming Concert” at Radio City Music Hall. Kaling, who went from writing and acting in “The Office” to creating her own hit comedy shows, chose an elegant old Hollywood aesthetic to see her name added to Hollywood history. She modeled a fitted black velvet gown which flared at the bottom into a ruched bubble skirt in a different material, lending the garment a mermaid silhouette and offering textural contrast. Among her sparkling accessories, a classic diamond necklace from Rahaminov Diamonds accentuated her sophistication.

For her shoes, Kaling wore a glittering black version of Jimmy Choo’s Saeda pump, which features a pointed toe, open sides and a crystal-adorned ankle strap including a dangling chain with a singular crystal at the bottom; additionally, a teardrop-shaped crystal hangs at the back of the shoe. The stiletto heel also stands out with a graduated line of crystals running down it, embellishing an element of a shoe that’s often left in a simple state.

Fresh off a myriad of successes, Kaling already has more up her sleeve. Her next venture, a comedy series called “Not Suitable for Work,” recently received a greenlight from Hulu. The company’s custom Warehouse Management System (WMS) flow allows Karhu to track, process and resell returned products in an efficient manner, making for a fresh stream of revenue in addition to optimizing returns management.

Instead of sitting in backrooms, returned products will be sent from the retailer to Tersus Solutions, where the Archive WMS will be implemented in the warehouse. A liquid CO2-based waterless cleaning technology, described as the world’s most advanced, will be utilized in addition to “a full suite of textile reclamation and resale logistics services,” according to the brand.

Emily Gittins, co-founder and CEO of Archive, told FN, “Karhu’s thoughtful approach to resale underscores its commitment to building a more sustainable future. Collaborating with Huub and his powerhouse team to create this program has been both insightful and rewarding. It’s clear that Karhu customers are eager to access products at a range of price points, and we’re excited for them to engage with this opportunity to shop in a way that aligns with their values and supports the circular economy. Karhu, crafting sneakers worn by the likes of Theo James, was founded in Finland in 1916; the brand sold the famous three stripe design to Adidas, which is now synonymous with the German brand. More than 100 years after its founding, Fleet Feet unveiled in its inaugural Fleet Feet Running Report that Karhu was one of its three fastest-growing shoe brands, alongside Asics and New Balance.

The “Flowers” singer made a unique statement at the milestone celebration wearing a black garment that turned a classic suit jacket into a dress. With an asymmetrical design, the dress featured a lustrous lapel serving as the border of a diagonal neckline; meanwhile, while one arm was bare, the other was covered by a full length suit jacket sleeve. The dress was fitted and featured ruching across the body; the skirt narrowed into a dramatic pointed hemline while a loop detail was affixed to the waist.

Cyrus complemented her inventive dress with a pair of shiny black heels featuring a sharply pointed toe, bringing a classic statement to her ensemble. Compared with a classic pump, this shoe showcases an upper that covers a larger surface area on top of the foot, making for an eye-catching silhouette. The glossy patent shoes were boosted by stiletto heels of moderate height. Elements of Cyrus’ shoe resembled Amina Muaddi’s Anok Mule, which retails for $970 from the luxury designer.

Just two weeks after rocking on stage at the Grammys in custom bejeweled Mary Jane pumps from the French brand, Carpenter was on hand to celebrate the milestone anniversary of the NBC late night comedy series, bridging generations of music as she performed a duet with none other than Paul Simon.

Carpenter was dripping in jewels courtesy of her dress, a semi-sheer beige gown with elaborate embellishments. Dangling crystals and pearls swished from the fitted garment, offering her look a sense of movement. The gown also featured an asymmetrical off-the-shoulder sleeve, adding intrigue to the silhouette. As demonstrated again and again, Carpenter appreciates a gravity-defying footwear style. She recently showed off a pair of crystal-embellished platform mules from Kandee as part of her Vogue cover shoot; this is a brand she also showed love for at the Grammys in early February, donning two pairs at the event including a blue pair of platform satin mules on the red carpet. Compared to the previous model, the Condor 3 Advanced weighs in at 276 grams, down from 287 grams because of its non-expanded EVA-based dynamic-plate. Additionally, a wider lacing cage designed with fewer eyelets limits pressure points, which Veja explained creating a more comfortable experience for the wearer. The stack height measures 37 millimeters in the heel and 29 millimeters in the forefoot.

Like those that came before it, the Condor 3 Advanced is made in Brazil out of bio-based and recycled materials. For example, the insole is 52 percent sugar cane-based EVA and 23 percent recycled polyester. The Ketten engineered-mesh upper and the laces are 100 percent recycled polyester.

The Condor 3 Advanced hit the market in three colorways, including “Gradient Purple-Orange Fluo,” “Full-White” and “Full-Black.” The shoe can be purchased from a variety of locations including Veja, Fleet Feet, Palmetto Running Company, REI Co-op and Renegade Running.

Veja keeps its name in headlines with drops, collaborations, initiatives and store openings. FN reported in January that the brand had teamed up with the Spanish fashion company Bimba Y Lola to reimagine Veja’s Venturi 2 sneaker. Maintaining a focus on sustainability, Veja eschewed the typical Black Friday in 2024 with Repair Friday, offering free repairs of sneakers rather than encouraging customers to buy new products. This followed Free Friday the year before, when the company offered free repairs for one pair of sneakers and accepted sneakers from any brand.

Veja remains a buzzy brand, with celebrities including Scarlett Johansson lacing up its shoes. The company continued to expand its brick-and-mortar presence in 2024, opening stores in London and Brooklyn.

Saldaña, who accepted the award at the event on Wednesday, exuded a glamorous aura wearing a dark and shiny gown hailing from Thom Browne. Covered entirely in light-catching sequins, the dress featured a loosely-fitted top that slouched at the waist, transitioning into a full-length skirt with a column silhouette.

Among the many striking elements of her look, her hairstyle made a statement as well, with her tresses slicked back and woven into a long braid accessorized with black velvet bows from Jennifer Behr. She also wore rings and earrings from Yeprem.

Saldaña created a cohesive look with a pair of black satin slingback pumps from Saint Laurent resembling the brand’s L’Entracte silhouette. The versatile style makes sharp statements with a triangular pointed toe and a tapered stiletto heel; an elastic slingback strap secures the style and leaves more of the foot exposed than a standard pump. Crafted with subtly lustrous satin, the shoes offered an eye-catching but not overpowering accent to Saldaña’s glimmering Thom Browne gown. The black satin version of the L’Entracte style can be purchased from Net-a-Porter for a price of $1,050.

Saint Laurent would appear to be one of the “Avatar” star’s go-to footwear brands lately. For example, she attended the Director’s Guild of America Awards on Feb. 8 wearing a different pair of black Saint Laurent slingback pumps, a style that featured a square outline along the vamp.

The “Emilia Pérez” actress has shown off inspired taste in footwear throughout her career. Just recently, she drew attention with an elaborate pair of pumps from Christian Louboutin, the brand’s Belle and Jewels style which features a semi-sheer mesh upper, a crystal-embellished ankle strap, rete organza fabric wrapping around the ankle and a curvy, gold “chandelier” heel. She wore the ornate shoes during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Feb. 10.
